Lessons

Lessons are offered Monday through Friday from 9am to 9 pm. Riders can choose English or Western riding. Classes are customized for the individual goals. For example, some students prep for shows while others wish to trail ride or own their own horse someday.

Students must be at least seven years old and able to follow verbal instructions. Proper dress includes long pants, a shirt that can be tucked in, and sturdy shoes with a half inch or more heel. Helmets will be provided to beginning students. Riders may bring their own helmets, but it must be five years old or newer and be SEI and ASTM certified for equestrian sport. Students who wish to trailer in their horses may do so.

Boarding

Boarders are fed alfalfa hay and grain twice daily. Each horse is issued a care plan developed according to individual needs. Horses are turned out seven days a week weather and conditions permitting. Special attention is given so that horses are turned out with appropriate pasture mates. There is no extra fee for blanketing. Stalls are bedded with bagged shavings and cleaned 5-6 days per week. A 4-tier price list for boarders is posted. Veterinary and farrier services are available for an additional fee. Boarders have access to the indoor arena, roundpen, outdoor arenas, and trails.
